We offer our quality IT support service to the students of ARU. All appointments must be booked in advanced. We will visit you on campus or in your halls/student residence within 5 miles of the Chelmsford and Cambridge campuses.

We are happy to help with lost work, broken hard drives, laptop/desktop upgrades, mobile device repair, backups, new machines and anything else IT related.

As an ARU student you will also benefit from our Fix It Fixed Fee scheme which means you pay a fixed fee regardless of how long the repair will take. You must show your Anglia Ruskin Student card to us to confirm you are a student at ARU.

It is easy to get support

Simply fill out any details that are required and then click on Subscribe.

You will be redirected to PayPal to set up your subscription. Once set up you will receive an email with a link to a file you will need to download.

Once downloaded install the file. Within the next 20 or so minuets you will be protected and monitored by us.

Its as simple as that.
