Our Remote Monitoring contracts are great if you want your PC to be monitored 24/7 to ensure it is running well. Just £15 per month per device

If going for one of our Monthly Support packages we'll arrange a time to come to site and install our agent or provide you a link to your customised installer file and email documentation to explain how to install it yourself.

There is a call out fee for site visits of £20 for Essex postcodes.

Remote monitoring contracts do not guarantee a fix. You will be quoted for any work before it is undertaken. This applies to both Gold and Platinum levels of contract.
Each contract is for a minimum of 12 months.
If you do not use your hour of support in the month it will be used to fix any problems flagged up by the RMM agent such as missed updates and SMART data.
